+80 All Stats

Enchant Boots - Pandaren's Step
+140 Mastery & Minor Speed Increase

Enchant Ring - Greater Intellect

+160 Intellect

Enchant Gloves - Greater Haste
+170 Haste

Greater Crane Wing Inscription
+200 Intellect and +100 Critical Strike

Enchant Weapon - Jade Spirit
Jade Spirit

Enchant Cloak - Superior Critical Strike
+180 Critical Strike

Enchant Off-Hand - Major Intellect

As for cataclysm Just focus on selling the 2H weapon Enchants ,Back enchants, off hand enchants  ,Bracers ,Boots & hand enchants i am not naming perticular items because ther prices are different at each server so check the AH to see which are the most expensive & make those & sell on AH.
